Hotbar is a small plugin that enhances your internet browser by adding
background images to your boring toolbar! When the Hotbar window pops up, click Yes.
Click on the "skin" you'd like to see on your browser.
The Skin you select will appear under on your toolbar!
Hotbar currently functions only
on Windows with I.E. 4 or 5.
